  • Campiglia Marittima is a most beautiful medieval town on the Etruscan Coast. Perched on a hill, dominating the sea and the surrounding countryside, the town is at the heart of an area with old traditions. Here you can find many traces of both the Etruscan and Roman civilizations, and many charming old villages. The old town centre, with roads and alleys arranged in concentric circles, is centered inside the old walls.
  • The geographical position makes Campiglia Marittima, located 300 meters above sea level, particularly privileged due to its proximity to the sea (8 km) and the seaside resorts of St. Vincent, the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, Elba, as well as Pisa, Florence and Siena.
  • There is a spa with a hot water well at the foot of the hill, on which Campiglia is situated.
  • There are good connections via train and the superstrada Via Aurelia, the old road to Rome which follows the lovely coastline. Main airpiorts nearby are Pisa, Florence and Rome.
